Our permanent outhouses feature a 1000 OR 500 gallon concrete underground holding tank with prefinished polyurethane insulated building panels. The tank is ventilated and has an external port for clean out. This his and hers unit is low maintenance, environmentally friendly, durable, insect and rodent proof. The options are single or dual stall buildings.
The bathroom's interior is made from pre-painted metal panels allowing easy maintenance and cleaning with a pressure washer by spraying down both the inside and out. Panic hardware is used for hands free exiting. The toilet has a plastic seat, lid and pedestal as well as a stainless steel safety bar to prevent falling in the tank. The skylights provide natural lighting, therefore no electrical hook-up is required.
Different exterior siding options are also available.

Installation requires a suitable location and orientation of the outhouse. A backhoe will dig and set the tank and then backfill it with gravel. The tank will sit 6" above grade to keep any runoff water from getting in. Once the tank is set we will then set up the panel shelter and it's ready to use.
We also make perma potty's on a steel skid which can be placed on top of an existing septic tank - ideal for having an outdoor bathroom on a farm. No need to install or drain an additional septic tank.
